BOOK A FREE CALLOne engagement, documented as it happens. Abbas Bin Haider Group and its trading arm Top Gear General Trading: a Dubai family trading house, trading since 1979, nine divisions, five brands of its own. Six work streams from April to July 2026.
A live store that had never been measured. Cleaned the whole catalogue: 549 products mapped to 42 real brands with zero errors, 3,004 image descriptions, structured data live so Google reads it as a bike shop. Fixed collection pages that showed the wrong bikes. Set a 41-term search baseline, then ran a five-phase push on the seven terms nearest page one.
A 1,080-product catalogue imported with blank categories and missing images. Rebuilt it: 8,559 images imported, 885 active products sorted by age across 44 collections, 1,063 search fixes in one pass, buy-now-pay-later live on checkout. Diagnosed the store's Google Merchant Center suspension down to root causes and delivered the fix pack.
The group's own bike brand had no public home. Built and shipped a single-page brand site: 23 models with real catalogue photos, a brand film, a distributor section and a 10-retailer buy grid. Live at mogoobikes.com.

Born and raised in Dubai. BBA in Marketing from the American University in Dubai. Joined the family business at 22 and learned the unglamorous parts first: collections, stock counts, supplier negotiations, hiring.
Since then: co-founded Hexareel Studios, a production house working with brands across India and the UAE, and began consulting on AI for family trading businesses in Dubai.
